We had the Polynesian Panthers come talk to our year 10 cohort recently. Members Tigilau Ness, Melani Anae, and Rev. Alec Toleafoa discussed recent Aotearoa History about the Dawn Raids and what this group did in response – their actions impacted New Zealand race relations and is even more relevant today. It was a pleasure to have such reputable figures talk to our ākonga.
