We are pleased to invite you to our Year 11 – 13 Parent/Teacher Subject Meetings to be held on Tuesday 24th May from 2:30pm to 7:30pm and Thursday 2nd of June 2022 from 2:30pm to 7:30pm.
There will be normal classes for periods 1, 2, 3 and 4 with classes finishing for the day at 1:40pm on both of the above days.
Subject teachers expect to meet with some of their students, parents / caregivers / whaanau for approximately 10 minutes. These meetings are intended to allow both the student and yourself to get some subject specific feedback on how they are progressing in the subject by talking about their learning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for growth and their goals in for the subject this year.
To confirm your attendance at these Parent/Teacher Subject Meetings, you can make appointments with the subject teacher by logging to the KAMAR Portal on the school website or by the following direct link:
Once logged in click on the “Conference” link in the blue menu band, and again on “My Conferences” Link on the menu on the left. Choose the Conference date you want to book for and follow the guides.

The teacher can also make an appointment for the caregiver. If a particular subject for your student does not show up on the bookings page, please contact your student’s Kaiaawhina.
